Following the opening of Six Senses Duxton, sister property Six Senses Maxwell is scheduled to open on December 1st.

Six Senses Maxwell is the second of two heritage buildings that together form Six Senses Singapore.

Split across two buildings and five minutes walking distance away, both are an easy wander apart and add a touch of luxe to the vibrant Chinatown community.

While Six Senses Duxton portrays Anouska Hempel’s iconic east-meets-west eclecticism, the 138-room Six Senses Maxwell, designed by internationally-acclaimed French architect and designer Jacques Garcia, offers an alternative aesthetic with his signature European style, melding tradition and modernity.

Situated within the eclectic heart of Singapore’s bustling Chinatown where rich cultural heritage meets modern vibrancy, Six Senses Maxwell is housed in a colonial-style 19th century heritage building.

Sustainably restored by celebrated designer Garcia (Hôtel Costes Paris, The NoMad New York City, L’oscar London), Six Senses Maxwell exudes a timeless sophistication blended with stylish European sensibilities.

While paying homage to the building’s storied past, yet still presenting his affirmed baroque style, Garcia’s deep attention to detail is showcased throughout seven unique room categories across 138 guestrooms and suites—from the brass, lacquer and marble mini bars to the handmade Lafroy Brooks bathroom fixtures.

On the wellness front, spa pods will open in early 2019.

Here guests and locals can enjoy signature massages, facials, and beauty treatments.

Relaxation on So Sound Loungers take body, mind and rejuvenation to a whole new dimension.

While personal trainers and yoga classes round out the Six Senses Singapore wellness experience.
