Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca is getting into the holiday spirit with a fun-filled program of exciting events and activities. This year’s program highlights includes the traditional Christmas afternoon tea offering a new selection of sweet and savoury holiday items, a Christmas Cookie Workshop for children led by the Hotel’s pastry team and a New Year’s brunch at signature restaurant Bleu where guests are invited to enjoy a celebratory atmosphere with family and friends.
Christmas Yule Log
The Christmas festivities kick off on December 1, 2018 with the annual Christmas yule log created by the talent pastry team of Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. This year’s flavours are inspired by local ingredients including orange flower, pistachio and amlou, a delicious Moroccan paste made from roasted almonds, honey and argan oil. All orders can be placed at the Mint Pastry Counter from December 1 until 25, 2018. Individual and family portion sizes are available, orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.
The weekly Sunday brunch at signature restaurant Bleu takes on a Christmas twist with an assortment of classic festive brunch offerings including foie gras, oysters, turkey and mixed grills. Other highlights include an assortment of sushi and a wide selection of French cheese. The dessert buffet will not disappoint with holidays favuorites including the Yule log, gingerbread house, Christmas cookies and other surprises. Children are invited to enjoy the Kids Corner with plenty of holiday-inspired activities. The Christmas brunch will take place on Sunday, December 23, 2018 from 12:30 to 3:30 pm and is priced at MAD 580 per person with 50 percent off for children under 12. Christmas Afternoon Tea
The annual Christmas Afternoon Tea is back at Mint Lobby with a selection of sweet and savoury items infused with holiday spirit. Enjoy the buffet with an assortment of Christmas pastries including cookies shaped in favourite holiday characters, French pastries including macaroons and salty items such as foie gras and truffle quiche. Take in the afternoon tea surrounded by the festive décor, which will include holiday-inspired floral arrangements displayed throughout the lobby. The afternoon tea will take place both on Saturday, December 22 and Sunday, December 23, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Mint lobby priced at MAD 350 per person.
Christmas Cookie Workshop
Children are invited this year to join the festivities with cookie workshops led by the pastry team. Get a chef’s hat on and get ready to decorate gingerbread and sugar cookies in all the favourite holiday-shapes and characters including Santa Claus, Christmas trees, snowmen and ornaments. The cookie workshops are available on Saturday, December 22 and Sunday, December 23, 2018 at signature restaurant Bleu from 5:00 to 6:30 pm for children ages 6 to 12. New Year’s Brunch at Bleu
Welcome the New Year with a brunch to remember surrounded by loved ones.
