An exciting new era for Four Seasons Hotel Beirut has begun with the introduction of its new outside catering service. With an established reputation for exemplary cuisine and personaliaed service, the Hotel's luxury experience can now be brought to private offsite events in Beirut and beyond.
Whether it’s an intimate gathering, a business meeting or a high-profile festivity, the highly motivated team of catering experts - selected for their professionalism, personality, service knowledge and their ability to engage with every guest - will work closely with clients to customise the entire experience from start to finish.

The outside catering options on offer include canapés; a la carte offerings; buffets, coffee breaks and cocktail receptions. At the helm of the culinary team is Executive Chef Apostolus Dimou, who will cleverly craft a tailored menu for each event with every detail customisable to match the client's tastes and preferences. The menu will then be expertly brought to life by the Hotel's culinary team, whose combined capabilities cover a wide range of local and international styles, including Western, Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean.
Enhancing the specially tailored menus will be the freshest ingredients; locally sourced meat, seafood and vegetables; organic products; and the most aesthetically pleasing presentation possible. The culinary expertise of Four Seasons chefs will be complemented by intuitive service, and can be further enhanced with other mindful touches including fresh flower arrangements, themed tableware and décor, or special entertainment for guests.
