His seasonally themed Yule log is a favourite, crafted in the shape of an orchid as an ode to Jeff Leatham’s favourite flower. In the early evenings, the bar offers a range of festive cocktails that bring an authentic Christmas atmosphere to the Hotel. Created especially for the season, the sparkling A Winter with George is prepared with vodka, rosé champagne foam, lychees, raspberries and homemade syrup made with a special blend of ingredients.
