This winter LES BAINS and PAPAYA PLAYA PROJECT are teaming up to create a winter escape in the magic land of Tulum, Mexico, nestled in the Jungle and right by the Caribbean sea. From December 29th to March 3rd, LES BAINS is bringing entirely new concepts to high season, LES BAINS CABARET and LES BAINS RIVAGE.
Travelers from all over the world come back to Tulum to seek an awakening of the mind, body, and spirit in a Bohemian and counterculture vibe. From some of the most forward thinking music festivals, to Yoga sessions by the sea, encounters with holistic therapies and indigenous healers, Tulum opens a door to uncovering one’s true self. Tulum is a small but blossoming town, located in the state of Quintana Roo, in the east of the Yucatán Peninsula. Creatives fall in love with its enchanting and artistic environment, appealing to visitors from New York, LA, Mexico, to London and Paris.
Cocooned by the jungle on a pristine stretch of the Caribbean coast lies Papaya Playa Project, a communal playground for the creative community that specializes in barefoot luxury. Design HotelsTM ventured to conceive a destination in paradise and together with Emilio Heredia, they created a space for like-minded, artistic individuals to unwind and connect with self and nature. Papaya Playa Project is setting a new standard for hospitality, merging local culture, and sustainability to set the stage for original and aspirational experiences. Their mission is to enjoy Tulum while being consciously responsible with nature and with the local community. It is their appreciation and celebration of life through music and art, and their respect for the cordiality between human relationships that brought Jean-Pierre Marois, owner of Les Bains and Emilio Heredia of PPP to meet at one of their signature events, and thus was born the idea of a Les Bains Pop Up at PPP.

About Les Bains
Les Bains never sleeps. A hotspot for experiences, day and night, Les Bains has embodied the quintessence of Paris since 1885, and since the reopening in March 2015, Les Bains has once again become a place for cultural and social emulation, encouraged by the vision of owner Jean-Pierre Marois. In addition to the new look, Les Bains has also become a 5-star hotel with a restaurant bar, Roxo, and its iconic nightclub, _irst opened in 1978, regularly featuring a host of DJs and concerts, while the concept store highlights the renaissance of body product and fragrance line, Les Bains Guerbois, created in 1885. Les Bains offers a vibrant and connected space where a very Parisian art de vivre can take place with talks, exhibitions, artist and chef residencies, concerts, and since 2017 – the Les Bains Festival, 96 hours of music, food, drinks and sleep.
