The Healing Retreat is the new wellness offer by Constance Hotels & Resorts in its hotels in Seychelles, Mauritius and Maldives. A three half-day retreat designed by Dr Chase Webber, Naturopathic Doctor and Corporate Spa & Wellness Manager at Constance, during which you will totally unwind and get rejuvenated. The daily sessions revolve around four pillars (mentality & mindfulness, body, food and environment) and go along individual consultations. The sessions are limited to 10 participants so that they can fully enjoy the benefits of the retreat.
During the daily sessions, the participants will learn breathing techniques to bring the body and soul on track as well as practise yoga exercises to reduce stress, eliminate toxins and improve general health. The Healing Retreat also includes a thermal session, good for the body and the soul, taking place in “wet zones” (sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy, swimming pools) for the positive effects on breathing, immune defences, and skin.
Wellness is also about nutrition, and as such, Dr Webber collaborated with the chefs of the Group to design special meals for the guests during the retreat: Vegan / Vegetarian; Paleo / Locavore: seeds, gluten and lactose-free; Keto / Carnivore: ultra-high protein diet based on “good fats” and meat specifically; Raw / Juice: diet based on raw and fresh products (juice, sashimi, vegetable carpaccio, etc.); Spa Menu: all Constance restaurants offer “wellness” options.
Participants who would like to go beyond the retreat for their quest of wellbeing can have sustainable massages and treatments at the Spa with local ingredients and tropical oil from the region.
The Healing Retreat offer by Constance Hotels & Resorts is in the six hotels of the the Group in Seychelles, Mauritius and Maldives. The first retreats took place in Seychelles at Constance Ephelia and Constance Lemuria Seychelles.
