Seven Sisters has launched a new menu created by renowned UK-based Chef Erren Gem.
Guests can start their culinary journey snacking on the freshly prepared Guacamole, Salty & Spicy Edamame, and Crispy Soft-Shell Crab with a Jalapeno Mayo, while the 23c Gold Katsu Wagyu Sandwich is a specialty.
Offerings from the Raw Bar include a Seabass Taridito with Passion Fruit and Black Quinoa, Tuna Ceviche combined with Mango and Red Onion and a Beetroot & Truffle Goat Cheese Salad.
Sushi lovers will find a selection of sushi rolls, from classic favourites such as the California and Prawn Tempura Roll, to the Salmon Sashimi with Spring Onion and Yakitori.
Dishes from the grill include the Marinated Baby Chicken with Pineapple Jerk Sauce and Cashew Salt, and Beef Sliders with Caramelized Onions and Blue Cheese, while other highlights include the Demi Miso Black Cod and Grilled Lobster with Yuzu Koshu Butter.
For a sweet ending, diners can indulge in the signature Seven Sisters Cheesecake with Hazelnut Malto, a classic Apple Tarte-Tatin with Vanilla Ice-Cream or the selection of Fruit Sorbets.
