Shangri-La Group announced the grand opening of Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou Yuanqu, marking the Group’s return to the historical water town since its establishment in Suzhou more than 10 years ago. As the newest international luxury-branded hotel in the central business district of the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), the hotel embraces cultural heritage while offering the vibrancy of a modern city. Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou Yuanqu features 303 spacious guestrooms and suites, as well as 16 serviced residences with views of Jinji Lake and the city landscape. A movable wall in the open-style bathroom transforms the room into a private sanctuary or an open space, accentuating its design. Suites start at 96 square metres and are equipped with a full range of luxury touches, including the Shangri-La fragrance and upscale skincare products.
