Upon returning, guests will be able to indulge in Mei Ume’s signature dishes and some exciting new additions that span the spectrum of traditional Chinese and Japanese cuisines with a modern approach. Highlight dishes and beverage programs returning to the menu include:

Mei Ume will be open on Wednesdays to Fridays for lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm and dinner from 6:00 to 10:00 pm for the near future. The last seating for dinner service will take place at 8:00 pm.

Prior to its reopening on November 4, the restaurant will debut Mei Ume on Tour, a brand-new series of pop-up events that bring the Mei Ume experience to life across different destinations in the UK. The inaugural residency will take place at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.

The Mei Ume team will bring with them the sights, smells and sounds of their home restaurant, to include everything from Mei Ume’s favourite evening playlist to its signature Jasmine incense to provide guests a truly immersive experience. The set menu will feature Mei Ume’s most popular dishes, and will include signature plates from both the Chinese and Japanese potions of the menu.

Mei Ume on Tour will take place at Four Seasons Hampshire on October 22-24 and 29-31 from 5:30 to 10:00 pm, and will be available to Hotel guests only.
