An Italian culinary journey at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

Four Seasons Resort Marrakech invites guests to treat themselves to an Italian culinary journey in the indoor-outdoor Quattro restaurant.

Aperitivo 

Every Thursday evening, guests can enjoy a taste of la dolce vita with a traditional Italian culinary tradition. In a convivial atmosphere at the bar or on the terrace of Quattro restaurant, guests are invited to revisit the ritual of the famous Italian aperitivo with a savoury board prepared with iconic Italian ingredients and served with two glasses of prosecco. This delicious sharing plate includes the best of Italian cheeses, charcuteries, marinated vegetables and the signature pizzoli. Alongside these Italian gourmet delights, guests can also sip on the signature cocktails created by the Resort’s Mixologist Simo Ayache or taste one of Restaurant Manager/Sommelier Ferdinando Amalfitano’s favourite wines.

Discovery Tasting Menu 

Executive Chef Thierry Papillier alongside Restaurant Manager Ferdinando Amalfitano have created a new tasting menu, highlighting the signature dishes of Quattro, the best seasonal ingredients and Italian culinary excellence.

Delight taste buds with this four-course discovery menu taking guests on a culinary journey around Italy. Start with the authentic Sicilian Pugliese pizzoli, followed by the popular king prawn paccheri and savour the classic truffle beef medallion, arugula and parmesan cheese. To end on a sweet note, try Executive Pastry Chef Anouar Ait Abdelaali’s traditional tiramisu.    

During this intimate dining experience, guests have the chance to add the recommended wine pairings, or linger over a bottle of Italian wine.
