Conrad Bora Bora Nui Resort announced the appointment of new Resort Manager, Gregory Brossard, to lead operations and elevate the award-winning resort’s luxury offerings.

Gregory Brossard has been a key player in the hospitality and fine dining industry for nearly 20 years. He has led culinary teams and managed operations in hotels and top-tier restaurants around the world including The Ritz Carlton in Kyoto, Japan, The Ritz Carlton in Saudi Arabia, Caprice at the Four Seasons Hong Kong, and has extensive experience managing food and beverage operations for 3-Star Michelin rated establishments in France and London. He most recently served as Director of Operations at Higashiyama, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Niseko, Japan.

His passion for the culinary arts has helped him achieve outstanding results that translate to an unparalleled guest experience in the food and beverage arena. This is furthered by his meticulous attention to detail and ability to seamlessly manage complex operations.
