Evok Hôtels has opened its second property in Paris in the heart of the Marais at 116 rue du Temple.

Scheduled to open a few years ago, Sinner welcomed  its first  guests in mid-July 2019. This 43-room boutique-hotel is targeting this "type of traveler who is curious and attentive to detail," and also fascinated by Parisian architecture "with its touch of fantasy and original elegance."

Emmanuel Sauvage, co-founder Evok, explains that the Marais was chosen for its central location in the capital as well as to position the brand on a as of yet in-developed segment:

There are not many luxury hotel offers in the neighborhood. La Samaritaine, formerly a department store, will soon open its doors and there is much to see and discover.

The hotel also has a restaurant directed by Chef Adam Bentalha. The latter has created a fusion menu with  flavors of North Africa drawn from nomadic gastronomy of the desert, and others from South America, with nods to Peru and Brazil. Pastries are the work of the Pastry Chef Yann Brys. There is also a bar offering a dozen cocktails with original recipes made using fresh and spirits from small distilleries.

Finally, the hotel also has a wellness offer thanks to its SPA by Orveda. Called Albutio, with an indoor swimming pool inspired by Greek and Roman baths in its conception. Spa treatments use organic and vegan products.

Finally, the hotel's crypt encloses a concept-store presented as follows:

Across from reception, with a nod to the heritage of the Knights Templar and a neighborhood that exudes personality, in a candle-lit crypt Sinner unveils his selection of treasures like a mysterious cabinet of curiosities.
