In 2003, Christophe Roure became the chef of his own restaurant in the Loire region (42). He obtained his first macaron only ten months after opening this establishment with his wife, and then two Michelin stars. In 2007, he was awarded the supreme title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. With this wealth of experience, Chef Christophe Roure decided to embark on a new adventure, this time in Lyon. With his wife, he acquired the Neuvième Art, located in the 6th arrondissement, which opened its doors in June 2014. In 2015, only a few months after opening, Le Neuvième Art was awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide. With a team of 18 employees, the establishment is also Toque blanche lyonnaise and Grande Table du Monde. Average of 30 covers / service.
