The Giorgi family's hotel adventure began in 1979 with the creation of the Hôtel des Congrès, a three-star establishment ideally located opposite the Parc de la Tête d'Or, which perfectly meets the expectations of business clients. In 1983, the Hôtel Lyon Métropole**** was opened on the banks of the Saône. In 2004, in addition to the 118 rooms and 1,000 m² of lounges, a 2,500 m² wellness area, the Lyon Plage Spa, was added. From 2008, the group's flagship hotel will benefit from a major renovation project of the rooms and lobby. The group added a renowned establishment in 1993: the Villa Florentine, a 5-star hotel with a gourmet restaurant, "Les Terrasses de Lyon". When the Giorgi family visited this former convent, wonderfully located on the heights of the Fourvière hill, they discovered a ruined place, abandoned, but they were won over by its exceptional location and the view over the roofs of Lyon. A major renovation began, respecting the Florentine style of the building. When it opened in 1993, 19 rooms offered all the comforts of an upmarket hotel. A year later, La Villa Florentine became a member of the Relais & Châteaux network. In 1995, the cuisine was awarded a Michelin star, a distinction that has been maintained to this day. In 2003, the Arteloge Group undertook the creation of 9 new suites and a wellness centre. Two flats and a new cardio-training room complete the accommodation offer in 2017. The Group continued its development at the end of 2012 with the opening of the Lyon-Ouest Hotel***, with 102 bright and spacious rooms, a restaurant serving Italian specialities, the Quai 50, as well as a fitness room and 3 seminar rooms. At the same time, the new 4-star extension to the Hôtel Lyon Métropole was inaugurated. Adjacent to the hotel, it comprises 57 luxury studios and flats, fully equipped and decorated with refinement, which can accommodate up to 6 people (studios and flats T2 and T3). An ideal solution to feel "at home" while enjoying the hotel's services.
The Hotel ParKest was opened in July 2015 in Genas. Ideally located just a few minutes from St-Exupéry international airport, major motorways and in the immediate vicinity of the Eurexpo Convention and Exhibition Centre, the hotel has been designed to meet the expectations of a demanding business clientele.
